The Cultural Development Fund (CDF) has launched the Nama' Accelerators as a strategic
addition to its enablement services, aimed at empowering cultural businesses to enhance
their competitive advantage in the market and foster innovation in their products and services.
The program offers a range of tracks providing businesses with the necessary
advisory, enablement, and financial support to unlock their full potential across the entire
value chain of the 16 cultural sectors.

Handicrafts Track..

Aims to develop the Kingdom's artisanal heritage handicraft sector into
sustainable businesses that promote community growth, enhance innovation
in handicraft industries, and enrich the national identity.

Through this track..


you will have the opportunity to grow and expand through a targeted developmental
training program, culminating in non-repayable grants. Designed for micro, small, and
medium-sized enterprises in the handicrafts sector, the program provides an enabling
entrepreneurial environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Projects will be presented to specialized committees and may receive financial incentives to support long-term growth*.
In this phase, projects will be evaluated by committees, and incentives will be granted to those that meet the program criteria.

Post-accelerator Support

NAMAA Accelerators continues to provide support after the accelerator completion to promote sustained growth. Support includes facilitating your access to relevant entities supporting handicrafts entrepreneurs and providing advisory sessions throughout the project implementation.

It is a developmental training program that culminates in non-repayable financial incentives, designed to provide micro, small, and medium enterprises in the handicrafts sector with an empowering, entrepreneurial environment that fosters innovation. The program supports market growth and sustainability, introduces new craft techniques, and enhances business skills.

The bootcamp will be held virtually, while the accelerator phase will take place in Riyadh.
Micro, small, and medium enterprises operating in the handicrafts sector.
Bootcamp:
1. The bootcamp supports the transformation of innovative ideas into structured business concepts.
2. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with experts and seasoned professionals in the handicrafts sector.

Accelerator:
1. Develop the project concept into a complete business model.
2. Gain in-depth insights into industry topics related to the handicrafts sector.
3. Strengthen professional relationships, leading to enhanced future project growth.
4. Refine and optimize the enterprise's business model.
5. One-on-one advisory sessions.
6. Establish connections that support the future growth of the enterprise.
7. Facilitate access to institutional support and funding mechanisms available in the Kingdom.
The program is only available to citizens of Saudi Arabia.
If you missed the application deadline, we encourage you to follow the Cultural Development Fund's channels to stay informed about upcoming tracks of the NAMAA Accelerators.
1. Applicant must be 18 years or older.
2. The applicant's personal information must be complete and accurate.
3. The applicant must be a Saudi national.
4. The applicant's project must serve the handicrafts sector
5. The applicant must be an established and registered organization or company in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, have a valid Saudi commercial register, and be compliant with the tax regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom.
6. The applicant must have an existing product or service.
7. The applicant must provide a detailed project profile, including business models.
8. The applicants must be fully committed to carrying out the project and, if managing other ongoing projects, must provide evidence of their ability to implement the project.
9. The applicant must not have received a prior grant from the Cultural Development Fund.
