This program was offered as the first of the Cultural Development Fund's programs in partnership and fully funded by the Quality of Life Program. The program aims to provide the necessary financial support and incentives for eligible cultural sector projects to enable them to start their operations, support their expansion, and improve the quality of their services and outputs

Eligible Beneficiaries

Private sector establishments, associations and civil institutions

working in the cultural sector

whether working in various cultural
fields, or in their support services, or in
the development of technology, or
projects related to the infrastructure that serve them

Incentives programs are subject to evaluation by independent committees outside the Fund and financial credits beyond the Fund's allocations. The dates will be announced independently for each round in coordination with all relevant parties.

Incentives are allocated to existing projects during the beneficiary's contract period, not to previous projects.
